Delete your account

Open Navanna, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

If you can't access the app, email hello@niqlab.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and remove your data within 30 days.

Everything tied to your account is permanently erased:

• Baby profile & food logs
• Photos
• Account identifier

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
